Our Sourcing
UNMATCHED QUALITY
Any chef will tell you a dish is only as good as its ingredients. The perfect filet mignon, eggs benedict, garden fresh salads… the quality of a meal is dictated by the quality of the ingredients.
This is why we source only the absolute best local meats and produce available.
We know our farmers, ranchers, and vendors. They help us get the cream of the crop/herd so we can put it in your belly and deliver a one of a kind experience!
Working with farms we trust.

What kind of cooking oils do you use?We meticulously source our cooking oils to bring you the highest quality, nourishing fats. We cook with ghee, lard, extra virgin olive oil, and avocado oil. These come from organic, grass fed & pasture raised animals and brands that have been tested to show that they are not “blended oils” that have been compromised and cut with industrial seed oils.

Where do you get your ingredients? Our high-quality ingredients are locally sourced. A few of our favorite farms we love to support: Terra Purezza Bali Family Farm Hat & Heart Koen Family Farms ..and more!

How should I reheat my burritos?Oven or Toaster Oven: Unwrapped @ 350 degrees for 40 - 45 min Air Fryer: Unwrapped @ 325 degrees for 30 - 35 min In a hurry? Use a microwave! Be sure to remove them from the foil to heat all the way through. Pro tip: place the foil under your cooking rack to catch any delicious drips and eliminate any cleanup.
